The Leiden Collection
A digital identity worthy of a world-class art collection
Creating the identity and website for a world-class art collection demands the same standard the collection itself sets: rigor, restraint, and craft. For collector Thomas Kaplan's Leiden Collection — among the largest private holdings of seventeenth-century Dutch art — the project delivered a complete visual identity and a "headless" WordPress site with a fully custom interactive front end, pairing the editorial flexibility curators need with an experience refined enough for the masterworks it presents. The result gave one of the world's great private collections a digital presence that treats the screen as seriously as the gallery wall.
